In order to strengthen the introduction of urgently needed overseas high-level talents and support the rapid development of enterprises, Nanjing implemented the "345 Overseas High-level Talents Introduction Plan". The "345" overseas high-level talents Plan consists of three sub-plans, namely the urgently needed foreign experts Introduction Plan (also known as the "3 Plan"), the overseas high-end innovation team gathering Plan (also known as the "4 Plan") and the flexible talents introduction plan for overseas expert studios (also known as the "5 Plan").Among them, "4 plan" is only aimed at enterprises and new research and development institutions. In the next five years, Nanjing will introduce 30 foreign talents who are in urgent need of the city's industrial development, education, culture and health construction. Introduce 40 first-class innovation teams mainly composed of foreign talent teams; Construct 50 overseas expert studios.
